What's your favourite SGI machine and why?

What's your favourite SGI machine and why?
The first SGI machine that I ever encountered was an O2 and it was the first SGI that I owned, so I have a soft spot for this little machine.

They aren't the most reliable machines around and you just have to look at them the wrong way and their plastics break, but for all of their quirks, they are really cool little machines!

Indigo2 (R10k purple).

They look great, they're built like a tank, they were awesome machines in their day (remember the original guts of the Indigo2 are from 1992), and it was the first SGI I saw that made me think "wow!"

A far cry from the comparative fragility of the Fuel/Tezro/O2...

 Indigo2 IMPACT R10000 195MHz, 384MB RAM, SolidIMPACT, 36GB 15k & 300GB 10k drives, new/quiet fans, IRIX 6.5.22
Fuel R14000 600MHz, 4GB RAM, V10 Graphics, 72GB 15k & 300GB 10k drives, new/quiet fans, IRIX 6.5.30
O2 in storage...

The more modern SGI’s that have the same kind of build quality as the Indigo2 are the Octane and the Onyx2 however the Indigo2 just fits together so nicely and it’s insides are easily accessible. (I love it’s completely modular design.)

Gotta be the original Indigo for me. What a beautiful machine.

I also have a soft spot for the Personal IRIS, though I know most people think it's ugly as sin.

Indigo 2 is certainly the most satisfying to tear into. So many parts that come apart in a variety of ways. Just satisfying to service.

The O2. It's small and relatively quiet. I like the Indy very much but the O2 is more capable for actual use (it's faster, it has more RAM, it supports textures in hardware, and it has a CD drive).

The O2 is still my main home desktop. It replaced my Indy (R4k/175 with XZ) in 2005 and I tried to replace it with an Octane and the Fuel but without success.

I am probably posting from moose, SGI O2 with R10k/250, 1GB RAM,  and running IRIX 6.5.27
