Yep.  All 3 of my Octane board have bodge wires on them.

I have noticed that 2 from the same serial number have different colour wires, but they go the same way.

Using an Octane myself I can recommend the 13w3 adapter from Michael Pastras. Try contacting him and ask for his hand made 13w3 adapters. They cost around 40EUR but are definitely worth it.

I'm using one of his cables on my octanes too and they are fantastic.  That's a second thumbs up from me!
